I really can’t say enough about David. He definitely went above and beyond on accommodating us on a very short notice (a couple of hours). The place sits up high on a hill top with great views and very close to town. Lots of space inside the house with very comfortable beds. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in town! Thanks again David!

Great find, David was an amazing host. He was very polite and professional. Had amazing communication was 1000% reachable. House was lovely and super clean. Nicely decorated, loved the set up although we couldn’t use it because we didn’t want my son to break any of the glasses. It accommodated our huge family with room to spare. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back.

This place was an excellent choice for my birthday trip. Super close to great wineries. David also was extremely friendly and very helpful and accommodating. He was also very responsive. The best part of the experience was the friendly outdoor cat Izzy, she came in to say hi and it was great getting to spend time with her.

Everything was as described and well-kept. So much room for our party of 7 ladies to stretch out and yet great common places that allowed us to enjoy our meals, movies and laughs together. How lovely that everything was cozy and classically decorated, yet not worn out/overused.

This is a great place to rent! Took our family down to Fredericksburg for a concert and this house accommodated us well since there were 10 of us!
Super clean and I loved how the cabinetry in the kitchen was labeled if we needed to use something we weren’t having to open every cabinet! Super cozy and comfy place and would definitely stay again!

Pet friendly, which is an absolute necessity for our family. The location, in terms of accessibility to Fredericksburg, was perfect… out in the country but yet practically in town. The host’s responsiveness was impressive. We had an occasion when the internet signal got sketchy, messing up TV reception, which could have been a real problem (it was Thanksgiving and there’s football). Reached out to David and got it resolved in a matter of minutes. Kids enjoyed seeing the Oreo cattle that were around the property from time to time.

We were very pleased with this house. It was peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed the outdoor space and grill. The house was spacious and had all that we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
